Our Return Policy:
Your happiness means everything to us at YDiamonds, and we are committed to your satisfaction guaranteed with all of our jewelry.
If upon receiving your jewelry, you are not satisfied, you can return the jewelry in its unworn, original condition within the first 30 days of your purchase, for a full refund or an exchange.
Our free return shipping only applies to customers in the United States. It is also limited to three per customer.
Here are our easy steps for making a return:
You will need to obtain a Return Authorization Code. This can be done by email firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone (212) 221-7014.
Request your free FedEx return shipping label which can be emailed or mailed to you.
Fill out the reason for the return and place it inside your sealed package.
Make sure the package includes all documentation and parts of the item to ensure your money back.
Our insurance policy requires double packaging for the items to ensure no damage to the jewelry. Please make sure to return the jewelry within the accompanying jewelry box and then inside the packaging box.
Please refrain from marking the box with any words indicating there is jewelry i.e. diamonds, gold, and/or any other valuables, inside the package.
Take your package to any FedEx location and mail it back to us or contact us to have FedEx pick up the package from your residence or business.
Please allow seven business days for the return process once we receive your package. We will refund you in the original form of payment. Bank wires will be returned in the form of a check. All credit card refunds will need 2 -4 weeks to appear on your statement.
Packages that will not be acceptable for free returns include:
All special order items are non returnable. Any item that is considered by our company a special or custom order will not be returnable. Any jewelry shipped internationally will require return shipping fees. International customers are liable for the return shipping and insurance costs as well any duties and/or taxes both ways.
Any items sent without an Return Authorization Code
Items shipped beyond 30-day return period
Items improperly packaged or uninsured
All returnable items must be unused, undamaged, and to be deemed acceptable by our returns department.
Items that show any signs of wear or alteration, any resizing from a jeweler other than YDiamonds, or are damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
Our certificate and product documentation must be sent back with the package and jewelry to be acceptable for return. There will be a charge of $250 for missing documents.
